The Environment Agency have submitted objections against the proposed further encroachment on the River Sheaf at Troutbeck Road.

"We require an uninterrupted undeveloped 8m corridor to allow for essential access and maintenance to the main river. We therefore object to this application."

*an 8m buffer from the river, included within this, a 3m riverside walk is required

*No ecological survey

*No lighting Strategy

*Biodiversity Net Gain of 10% to both land and river required.
